Department – Help Desk
Position - Software Support Team Member
This
position is a 1.0 FTE for a software support team member.
We
currently are looking for 2 people to join our team in our
This
team member works within a Help Desk department consisting of 8-10 team members
and one supervisor. The Help Desk
department operates as part of a Client Services department which further
supports clients and the Help Desk department. Both departments operate in with a true
teamwork philosophy, from the physical work environment to the handling of
client concerns.
